What we clean before you hand over the keys
We clean kitchen counters, sinks and accessible surfaces, detail bathroom fixtures, and work through reachable shelves and baseboards before vacuuming and mopping. Empty rooms give us better access to the edges that furniture usually covers.
If you want the inside of the oven, refrigerator or cabinets cleaned, include those in your request. Let us know about heavy grease or buildup so we can allow enough time and confirm what’s included.
Planning around moving day
For a rental, aim for the window between the movers leaving and the key handoff. For a condo or apartment, tell us about elevator reservations, parking and entry instructions. If furniture will still be there, tell us which rooms will be clear.
