Is the instant estimate my guaranteed final price?
It is a preliminary estimate based on the information you provide. We confirm the scope and final price before service. If the property is materially larger, has substantially heavier buildup, difficult access, parking requirements, or needs work that was not selected, we will discuss any adjustment before proceeding.
What is included in a regular cleaning?
Regular whole-home cleaning includes the selected bedrooms and living areas, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, accessible dusting, high-touch surfaces, normal vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of accessible floors, hallways and routine trash removal to your designated receptacle.
What is different about a deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning includes the regular-cleaning scope plus additional time for buildup, edges, accessible baseboards, fixtures and detailed work in high-use areas. Inside appliances, inside cabinets, windows and other specialty items are included only when selected or specifically confirmed.
What is included in move-in or move-out cleaning?
Move-in and move-out cleaning is intended for vacant or nearly vacant properties and focuses on a detailed reset of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, accessible shelves, surfaces and baseboards. Inside refrigerators, ovens and cabinets can be added through the estimate form.
Are cleaning products and equipment included?
Yes. We normally arrive with professional cleaning products and routine supplies needed for the service. If you prefer to provide all cleaning products and supplies yourself, the estimate form includes the available customer-supplies discount.
Do you charge separately for vacuuming, sweeping or mopping?
No. Normal vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of accessible floors in the rooms included with a whole-home cleaning are part of the service. Specialty floor restoration, stripping, waxing or heavy construction cleanup would require separate review.
Why do you ask for square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms?
Those details make the estimate more realistic. A one-bedroom apartment and a large one-bedroom loft can require very different amounts of labor, and additional bathrooms usually add more cleaning time than additional bedrooms.
What if I do not know my exact square footage?
An approximate number is fine. You can check your lease, listing or property record, or provide your best estimate of the area that will actually be cleaned. If the size is substantially different when we confirm the job, we will review the price with you first.
What if my home has heavy buildup or has not been cleaned in a long time?
Select the condition that best describes the property and explain the situation in the Important Details box. For very heavy buildup, specialty sanitation, excessive clutter or unusual conditions, we may request photos or provide a custom quote before confirming the appointment.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Normal pet presence is welcome. Heavy pet hair may add time, so the form lets you identify heavy shedding so the preliminary estimate better reflects the workload. Please secure pets if needed for their safety and the cleaning team's comfort.
Do you offer recurring cleaning discounts?
Yes. Regular cleaning can receive recurring pricing after the initial service when the home is maintained on a substantially similar scope. The estimate form includes weekly, every-two-weeks and every-four-weeks options.
Can I request only the kitchen, bathrooms or certain rooms?
Yes. Partial-home cleaning is available. Because partial jobs vary considerably by condition and requested detail, the form may send those requests for custom review rather than applying a whole-home price.
Do you clean inside refrigerators, ovens and cabinets?
Yes, when selected as add-ons or otherwise confirmed before service. These areas require additional time, which is why the form prices them separately instead of increasing every customer's base price.
Do you clean interior windows, tracks and blinds?
Yes, these can be selected in the estimate form. Pricing is based on the quantity requested. Exterior windows, very high windows or work requiring specialty access equipment require separate review.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
Not necessarily. You can provide approved access instructions in the estimate form. We will confirm the access method before the appointment. Please do not submit sensitive alarm codes or unnecessary private information through the public form.
How should I prepare before the cleaning team arrives?
For the most efficient service, please remove excessive clutter, secure valuables, provide access to the rooms being cleaned and let us know about delicate materials or surfaces that require special care. If parking or building access requires special instructions, include them with your request.
Do you clean apartments, condos and houses?
Yes. We serve apartments, condos, townhouses, single-family homes and other residential properties. Commercial, Airbnb and specialty cleaning requests are also welcome and are typically reviewed as custom quotes.
